There are many old and interesting stone carvings in Ofena, you find them above doors, on walls and faces that form fountains.
Many if not all of the carvings seem to be related to old christian sybols. Anyone able to shed light on these symbols - please let me know.
Some seem to heraldic symbols, some the proffesion of the house owner and yet other the name of the family.
